“We really enjoyed our stay. The environment was serene and restful. We liked the balcony overlooking the court yard and enjoyed swimming in the pool/hot tubs with the view of the lake. It was nice to have two restaurants on site and the food was good. There is a store across the street for snacks and we listened to a good band playing at a bar on the other side of the store. Wood’s Bay is a nice area and is only 5 miles from the historical part of Big Fork. I would highly recommend a stay here.”

“I have stayed here in the past. The room was fine- it was clean. The pillows were terrible. The exterior needs to be kept up - it was kind of unkempt - get rid of the broken down table by the front, empty garbage more frequently, clean fire pits out, weed flowerbeds - simple things. I never saw any staff. You get a door code before you arrive. Good location but a little work and updating is needed.”

“We were fully prepared to stay in a teepee, which we knew would not have electricity and other amenities. We were expecting to camp in a fun tent. Our surprise came when we realized that there was no "floor" to the teepee. There were nice outdoor rugs across the space, but there was no connection with the sides of the teepee, and around the edges of the sides were grasses 2 feet high. The biggest suggestion I could share is for the owner to add tarps to the bottom of the teepee. It all worked,...

“Carpet needs to be replaced, along with blinds and windows that open with screens. Wifi was challenging at first and rooms were very warm upon arrival. Queen bed needs access on both sides and futon needs to be replaced.”

“No A/C. Owners didn't answer the number left when I couldn’t find the place. Found it eventually on my own.”

“It is a very unique property, with a beautifully furnished tent, and an outside walk to the separate kitchen and bathroom facility. No water in the tent itself. Many deer, wild turkeys and other wildlife add to the charm, and the.view of the Mission Mountains must be magnificent on a clear day. Unfortunately, the weather on our three-day stay was cold, foggy, and a constant downpour of heavy rain. We never saw the mountains, the sky, or the stars.”
